Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Quence. By using the tool you agree to them. Quence is operated by Websodigital, a trading name of Daniel Stoychev (sole trader), 110 Rhosddu Road, Wrexham, LL11 2NG, United Kingdom.

What Quence is

Quence is an automated tool that reads a website’s public homepage and gives you a score and a list of suggestions about its SEO, technical health and AI-search readiness. It is a helpful starting point, not professional advice.

No guarantee

The score and findings are generated automatically and on a best-effort basis. They are informational only. We do not guarantee that acting on them will improve your Google rankings, your traffic, or your appearance in AI search, and you should not rely on Quence as the sole basis for any business decision. Search engines and AI systems change constantly and are outside our control.

Acceptable use

Weekly monitoring (Website Watch): payments and cancellation

Website Watch is an optional paid subscription. If you subscribe, we re-check your site each week and email you when something material changes. The rest of Quence stays free.

Free trial. New subscriptions start with a one-month free trial. We ask for your card details when you start the trial, and you are not charged during it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically continues at £5 per month and your card is charged for the first time then. We will email you a reminder at least three days before the trial ends and the first payment is taken, so you have time to decide. You can cancel at any point during the trial and pay nothing.

Price and billing. The price is shown clearly before you start (currently £5 per month for one site, or £15 per month for the Pro plan below). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. After any free trial, the subscription renews automatically each month and is charged to your payment method until you cancel. As Websodigital is not VAT registered, no VAT is added. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).

Pro (agency) plan. The Pro plan covers weekly monitoring of up to 25 websites under one subscription (currently £15 per month). You can add and remove sites yourself at any time from your manage page; adding or removing sites does not change the price. The free trial, cancellation, refund and price-change terms above and below apply to the Pro plan in exactly the same way. Cancelling a Pro plan stops monitoring for all sites on it at the end of the period you have paid for.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, with no account needed: use the one-click unsubscribe link in any Website Watch email, manage your subscription yourself at quence.xyz/manage (update your card, view invoices, or cancel), or simply email us. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged at all. If you cancel after billing has started, monitoring and billing stop at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Your 14-day right to cancel, and refunds. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a service bought online. Because Website Watch starts straight away, we choose to go further than the minimum: if you are not happy and cancel within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we will refund that first payment in full. After that period, payments already taken for the current or a completed month are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop all future charges. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Price changes. We may change the subscription price in future. If we do, we will tell you by email in advance, and the new price will only apply to payments taken after that notice. You are free to cancel before any change takes effect.

Model cancellation form

To cancel, the one-click links above are quickest, but if you prefer, you may use this form (required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Copy it into an email and send it to us:
